Based on feedback from the Administrator Focus Group for AISI Measures, parent data for AISI Cycle 4 will be collected in a focus group format, a survey format, or in an interview format [phone or face to face]. Whatever format you choose, we would like rich, descriptive feedback from parents. We are suggesting that the focus group be, at most, one hour long, therefore, 3 or 4 questions are appropriate. These 3 or 4 questions can also be provided in survey or interview format. Your task then is to create these questions.

What to do on the Ning: - look in the middle of the Ning's home page under the heading "Groups"
- click on your group [e.g. Parent #3]
- if you can't see your group, look at the bottom right hand corner of the group section and click on "View All"
- Once you have clicked on your group, you will be working in the "Discussion Forum"
- Click on +Start Discussion
- You will be given a prompt to join the Ning - click Join, and fill in the information. An email will be sent to you to confirm your email address. Once this is done, you are good to go!
- Please label the discussion thread with your group label and the question number [e.g. Teacher #3, Question #1]
You will need to create a different discussion thread for each question
This will allow feedback to be seperated for each question.

- Your task is now to provide feedback on another group's questions. Feedback should be specific and descriptive. Ask each other clarifying questions.
- This task must be done REMOTELY not face to face. This can be done in the discussion forum itself or another method of your choice.
- Feedback will be provided as follows:
